Filled courgette flowers
- Take 8 courgette flowers, wash them and leave them to drain. Aside, mix about 300grams of mashed potatoes, some finely chopped parsley, some salt, 50 grams of finely chopped cooked ham, 1 egg, 50 gr of Parmesan cheese and a pinch of nutmeg.
